Project PRIDE Revolving Loan Program
The CAA, in conjunction with the Columbiana County Bankers Association, has established a Revolving Loan fund for county homeowners with incomes below 80% of the County Median. The maximum loan amount is $1,000 to be repaid over a 24 month period with no interest.
Funding under this program assists low-income homeowners with the financial resources needed to do health and safety home repairs. Applicants must provide written estimates for the work to be completed, have repayment ability and be current on utility bills.
