Passport Program
The CAA is a PASSPORT provider for home delivered meals, chore/homemaker services, transportation, nutritional counseling, and home repair services. PASSPORT is administered by District XI Area Agency on Aging and provides supportive services to help frail elderly persons remain in their own homes.
