- If you are hiring someone to develop a web-page or other consultants concerning sales over the Internet, provide their information. You would want to list their business name and additional contact information-Save As E-Commerce Consultants.
Tips & Suggestions
- Keep the security of your assets and your customers in mind when developing your Internet sales transaction practices. You do not want to open yourself up to hackers and viruses or put the personal information of your customers at risk.
- Account for the cost of purchasing and maintaining anti-virus software in your expenses. Take this into account even if you are not looking to use the Internet as a sales avenue. Just using your computer to get information over the Internet or receiving e-mail exposes you to a risk of loss.
- Ask consultants for referrals and check with the Better Business Bureau to see if there are any complaints against the company. You may also want to see examples.
- Again-Do your homework.
