Homeless Prevention Program

For over 10 years CAA has been providing homeless assistance programs to residents of Columbiana County. The Community Action operates the CAA emergency homeless shelter, CAA food Pantry, and periodically has funding available to assist households to avoid eviction, foreclosure and utility disconnection.

Case Managers are available to assist households with establishing goals and provide additional referrals to other social service programs.
