Center Mission:

The mission of the Community Health Centers & Community Dental Center is to provide quality, comprehensive and affordable health care to the people of our service area.

Community Action Health Centers

The CAA Health Centers provide comprehensive health care to people of all ages and incomes. The Health Centers accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. No one is refused services because of an inability to pay.

Emphasis is placed on preventative health care and education. Services include physical exams, well child exams, nutritional assessment and counseling, STD testing, OB/GYN, x-ray services and other lab services

The CAA operates three Community Health Centers:
