Cities, villages, and townships in Columbiana County, as well as county commissioners, were granted a combined $3 million in federal funds for coronavirus aid. Commissioners will receive $1.5 million, and the rest will be distributed among the 13 cities and villages and 18 townships based on population.

Covid-19 tests are open to anyone regardless of symptoms. The drive-thru testing will take place at 7880 Lincole Place in Lisbon from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, June 29th.

For this testing venue:
- NO out of pocket costs
- NO appointment is necessary
- Tests are provided regardless of where someone lives
- They will not ask about immigration status
- I.D. required
- Insurance info if available
- Vehicles MUST enter line off Saltwell Road next to the Municipal Court building
